The kit

Everything the practice needs, already in your account

It arrives in its own folder, as a starting point. Adjust the steps, fields, deadlines and owners to the way your practice works.

  • “Tell us about your project” form

Every submission opens the triage with the prospect logged.

  • Prospect triage

A quick call before spending an afternoon on a briefing.

  • Briefing and fee proposal

Fee per sq m or fixed, acceptance by link, contract.

  • Architectural design project

From schematic design to delivery, with client sign-off.

  • Site follow-up

Visits with photos and a final walkthrough, repeating until the works end.

  • Clients and Partners

Each client's status updates at every step.

In practice: one client from first contact to the works

No step left hanging

  1. 1

The prospect tells you about the project

Whoever fills in the form lands straight in the triage, already saved in Clients. The quick call goes to the architect in charge. If the project fits, the briefing is booked and the proposal opens on its own.

  2. 2

The client accepts the proposal by link

The fee is calculated, with what is included and the expiry. The client accepts, asks for changes or declines on the phone, with no account. Contract signed, the design starts.

  3. 3

From schematic design to the works

The design follows its steps, with the client signing off the design development. Delivered with site follow-up contracted, the visits open on their own and the client shows as in works.

How much came in, how much is at stake and where proposals are lost.

The dashboards build themselves from what the practice records at each step. No side spreadsheet, no asking for updates in the chat.

  • Prospects from the last 90 days and by kind of project
  • Open proposals and the fees at stake
  • How much was contracted in the last 180 days
  • How far proposals get and why they are not signed
  • Clients and fees by source, where the good projects come from
  • Designs in progress, overdue and by step, and the sites being followed

Questions

Questions practice owners ask

Is it for interior design too, or only architecture?

Both. The form asks whether the project is a new house, a renovation, interior design, commercial or a permit, and the briefing, proposal and design flow is the same. If your interior design steps are different, rename and adjust them.

Does it replace AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp?

No. Cadenio handles the practice's process: who takes the prospect, what the proposal covers, when the client signs off the design development, who visits the site. Drawings stay in the software you already use, and the files go in as attachments on the steps.

Does the client need an account to accept the proposal?

No. They get a link, see the proposal PDF, the fee, the schedule and the expiry, and answer on the phone or the computer: accept, ask for changes or decline. The answer goes back to the proposal right away.

How much is it after the 14 days?

The trial asks for no card: you only pay if you stay. After that, pick the plan that fits your practice.

Can I change the steps, the fields and the deadlines?

All of it: steps, fields, deadlines, owners and the form. The kit is a starting point, and every practice has its own way of running briefing, sign-off and site visits.
