We started Cadenio because we kept seeing the same problem: teams with perfectly documented SOPs that nobody actually followed. The process existed on paper, but execution lived in spreadsheets, chat threads, and people's heads.
So we built a platform where the process IS the execution — not a separate document that people are supposed to remember to check.
