About us
We believe processes should run themselves.
When the process matters, run it on Cadenio.
We started Cadenio because we kept seeing the same problem: teams with perfectly documented SOPs that nobody actually followed. The process existed on paper, but execution lived in spreadsheets, chat threads, and people's heads.
So we built a platform where the process IS the execution, not a separate document that people are supposed to remember to check. Today Cadenio goes beyond recurring processes: it also runs one-off tasks and projects, under the same governance (owner, deadline, approval, and audit trail), so the whole operation lives in one place.
The problem
Why do critical processes still fail?
It's not lack of effort. It's lack of structure.
Execution across 4 different tools
spreadsheet, email, doc, and someone's memory
Checklist with no owner, no context
tasks open for days with nobody responsible
Compliance evidence collected after the fact
audit prep means weeks of inbox archaeology
SLA breach discovered by the customer
no alert, no escalation, just a complaint
One Flow per process, one timeline
every step has an owner and a due date
Auto-escalation before things break
alert at 24h, escalation at 48h
Evidence captured at execution time
approval recorded with timestamp
Audit export in one click
full activity log, always current
How we think
Principles that guide the product
- 01
Context before checklist
A checklist without context is just a list. Every step needs to carry the why, the owner, and what 'done' actually looks like. Otherwise you're just moving items from one column to another.
- 02
Clear ownership, always
Processes without clear ownership create ambiguity and risk. Every task, approval, and exception in Cadenio has an explicit owner.
- 03
Auditability by default
Audit trails are not optional. We build every feature thinking first about how it will be evidenced and reviewed.
- 04
AI with purpose
We use AI to eliminate busywork, not to add another layer of complexity.
- 05
Operational simplicity
Complex tools create resistance. The goal is for any operator to execute with confidence, without extensive training.
- 06
Governance without bureaucracy
Why should compliance slow you down? We design flows where governance happens inside the process, not on top of it.
Who builds it
Cadenio is a GGSA Labs product
A Brazilian company, publicly identified. No intermediary and no offshore holding.
Cadenio is built and operated by GGSA Labs, a Brazilian software company that also maintains Cadenio Chat. We are a small, lean team, and that is a choice: whoever answers a product question is the person who wrote the code.
We would rather state that than project an org chart bigger than reality. If you are evaluating Cadenio to put a critical process inside it, or to attach your name to ours in a partnership, you are entitled to know exactly who you are talking to.

Where we are
Founded in Brazil, built for global teams
Cadenio was founded in Brazil, where operations and compliance teams navigate heavy regulation (LGPD, BACEN, COAF) and processes that shift quickly. That context demands a platform that combines audit rigor with execution simplicity, exactly what we built.
The product was built to operate across Brazil, the United States, and Latin America: bilingual end to end (English and Portuguese), with SOC 2 compliance in progress and a multi-tenant architecture that isolates each organization. Brazilian in DNA, global by design.
