Yes. The app is native on both, with audio recording and playback via each platform's native integration.
Does the app have everything desktop has?
The essentials: channels, DMs, threads, mentions, reactions, voice, stickers, decisions, approvals, search and pinned. Custom sticker upload and link previews aren't on mobile yet.
How do notifications work?
With per-user preferences: mute channel, do-not-disturb, mentions-only, and content preview on/off. You decide when work interrupts you.
Do I need Cadenio?
No. The chat is standalone. If your team also uses Cadenio, approval cards show up in the app too.
