Does Cadenio replace our QMS?
No. Cadenio acts as the execution layer, where your QMS records the procedure, Cadenio ensures it is followed step by step, with an owner and evidence at each stage. It works alongside your existing QMS.
How do I export CAPA evidence for the certification body?
Each executed CAPA generates an exportable PDF or CSV report with the full log: who opened it, who analyzed it, which corrective plan was approved, who verified effectiveness and when. Ready for ISO certification without rework.
Can I track all nonconformities over a period?
Yes. Each NC flow runs as a record with owner, date, and status. You can filter by area, type, or period, and export the complete history for trend analysis or audit reports.
Does it work for internal audits with multiple auditors?
Yes. Distribute audit steps across auditors with individual deadlines. Each finding is recorded with evidence. The consolidated report is auto-generated at the end of the flow.
How do I manage mandatory QMS training?
Create a training flow with confirmation per employee and evidence attachment (attendance list, certificate). History is traceable by person for auditable coverage in any inspection.
How does Cadenio help prepare for the 2nd and 3rd year surveillance audit?
The ISO re-certification cycle requires you to demonstrate that processes were followed over the prior 12 months, not just in the audit window. Cadenio keeps an immutable history of every CAPA, internal audit, and NC with date, owner, and evidence. At the surveillance audit, you export the period's history and hand it to the auditor without rework.
Does Cadenio work for consultancies implementing a QMS across multiple clients?
Yes. ISO consultancies build the standardized template once and replicate it for each client as an independent workspace. Every client runs their flows in full isolation; the consultancy accesses as a guest user to track audits and open CAPAs without mixing data between clients.
Does the blueprint work for ISO 9001, SOC 2, and LGPD at the same time?
Yes. The base blueprint covers the internal audit cycle as a process. You configure variants for each standard, ISO 9001, SOC 2, LGPD, ISO 27001, with the specific criteria and normative references for each. Cadenio runs the cycle regardless of the reference standard.
How often should I run internal audits?
It depends on the reference standard. ISO 9001 requires at least one cycle per year covering the whole management system. SOC 2 Type II requires continuous evidence throughout the coverage period. LGPD recommends annual or semiannual cycles. Cadenio schedules and fires the cycle automatically at the defined frequency.
Who can be an internal auditor in Cadenio?
Any team member assigned as an auditor. Cadenio assigns the checklist to the auditor, notifies them when the cycle opens, and tracks execution. Auditors don't audit their own processes, the system can be configured to block that assignment.
How do nonconformities (NCs) and corrective actions work?
Every registered NC automatically opens a corrective action with an owner, deadline, and mandatory closing evidence. Cadenio tracks the status of each NC, sends escalation if the deadline is missed, and only closes the cycle once every critical NC has an approved action plan.
Is the final report usable for an external audit?
Yes. Cadenio's consolidated report includes: executive summary, compliance rate by area, list of NCs with evidence, corrective action status, and history of prior cycles. Exportable to PDF and ready to present to the external auditor or to leadership.
