Does Cadenio replace BambooHR, Greenhouse, or another ATS?
No. Cadenio does not store payroll, contract, or employee lifecycle data. It orchestrates the process around your ATS: receives the new-hire event, runs the 10 steps with owner and due date, and returns the audit trail.
How does it integrate with our existing ATS?
Native integration with BambooHR and Okta. For Greenhouse, Workday, Rippling, Gusto, Personio, and others, we use webhooks or Zapier. A new hire created in your ATS triggers the onboarding automatically, with name, role, start date, and manager pre-filled.
Can I customize the 10 steps for my company's reality?
Yes. The blueprint is a starting point. You edit, add, remove, or reorder steps. Same structure works for 5 steps or 30. Each step has an owner, due date relative to day 1, custom fields, and attachments.
Does it work for remote or hybrid onboarding?
Yes. Equipment shipping, digital document signing via DocuSign, system access, manager video call, virtual buddy. Every step is configurable for on-site, remote, or hybrid. The process is the same, only the channel changes.
