Frequently asked
Can anyone close the decision?
No. Only the person who opened it (the initiator) closes a poll or seals a decision room. Everyone else takes part by voting or proposing, without being able to close on the conductor's behalf.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Voting, following along live, closing and sealing all work in the web app, the embedded panel inside Cadenio, and the mobile app (iOS and Android).
Can a decision be changed after it's closed?
Once closed or sealed, the decision is read-only. If the context changed, you open a new one. The record of what was decided before stays intact.
Do I need Cadenio to use decisions in the chat?
No. Decisions are native to Cadenio Chat and work in a standalone workspace. When your team also uses Cadenio, a decision room can be tied to the process that prompted it.
