Anyone can have a live process with real governance in under 15 minutes. No complex setup, no code.
Quick guide
Click New Flow and describe your process in plain text — for example, 'monthly vendor compliance review with document collection and legal approval.' Cadenio AI generates a structured Flow with phases, tasks, field types, and an approval gate. Review each step and adjust before publishing.
Open any task in the editor and add an approval gate: choose approvers (user, group, or role), set the ANY or ALL policy, and optionally require a digital signature. Then set the task deadline and configure an SLA rule with automatic alert and escalation.
Click Launch, assign an owner to the run, and confirm task assignments. Set the due date and click Confirm. Every assignee receives an in-app notification immediately.
The run view shows all tasks: open, completed, overdue, and awaiting approval. The timeline logs every action automatically — who completed it, when, and with what comment. No manual status emails needed.
Tips
Reusable templates
The Flow is the blueprint. Every time you launch a run, an independent instance is created with its own timeline, assignees, and evidence. The original Flow is never changed by runs.
Automation
In the Flow's scheduling tab, configure automatic launches: daily, weekly, monthly, or a custom CRON expression. Scheduled runs appear in the team calendar alongside manually launched ones.
Yes. You can add tasks manually one by one using the editor. AI is a shortcut, not a requirement.
The Flow (template) is the reusable blueprint that defines the process. A run is an active, independent instance. Changing the Flow does not affect runs in progress.
Go to Settings, then Users, and click Invite. Enter the email, set the initial role, and send. The colleague will receive an access link.
Yes. Describe the process to the AI or add steps manually in the editor, replicating the sequence your team already follows.
