How to export for an audit

Open the run or go to Reports
Inside the run, click Export. Or go to Reports > Export for batch exports with date range and template filters.

Choose the format and interval
Select PDF (human-readable for auditors) or CSV (for spreadsheet analysis). Set the date range or select specific runs.

Download the package
The package includes the full timeline, all filled fields, attached files, and approval decisions. Ready to deliver to the auditor.

Can the audit trail be edited?
No. It is append-only. No user or admin can edit or delete entries.

Can I share a read-only view of a run?
Not yet directly, but you can export and share the PDF.
Do deleted runs retain their audit trail?
Yes. Deleted runs are archived and the trail is preserved.
