A project is rarely just loose cards. Connect a Flow that's already running and it rides the board as a single card — the board shows progress, the Flow keeps every bit of its rigor.

Once it's attached
The highlighted card is an entire Flow attached to the project — a purchase approval with its own finance gate and audit trail, tracked here as a single card with a live step counter that updates as the run advances.
How to attach one
Every column's "+ Add" menu offers three choices: a blank card, starting a brand-new Flow right there, or connecting one that's already running.
Search or scroll the list — every run currently in progress in your organization shows up here, no matter which team started it.
The card carries the Flow's name, a purple "FLOW" tag, and a step counter (like 0/3 steps) that ticks up on its own as the run's tasks complete.
The project manager watches the card advance on the board. Whoever owns the process keeps running it with its own assignments, logic, approvals, and audit trail, untouched.
Don't have a run yet? The same "+ Add" menu has a Start a Flow option that kicks off a brand-new run from a template and attaches it to the column immediately.
Any run currently in progress in your organization, regardless of which Flow template it came from or who started it.
Yes. Detaching removes the card from the board without touching the run itself — it keeps executing exactly as it was.
No. The card is a live pointer to the run. Completing steps in the run updates the card's counter automatically; nothing is duplicated between the two.
